  I had a terrible experience at this store. When we asked for the free bag that comes with 100 dollar purchase, the manager got angry and started yelling. A blonde female employee laughed in our faces for explaining how they had promised a bag. They were terribly rude, had horrible customer service and were not professional at all. When we tried to explain they threw the bag at our face. We asked for a number to call to talk to someone above the manager about how rude they were and they gave us a fake number until we called in front of them and asked for the real one. The manager and the blonde girl employee then went to the back room and did not come out. Thankfully one other male employee understood and gave us the correct number and apologized. Overall, never returning to this store or any chain store. Not worth you buying their overpriced Vail souvenirs.
